Yes.

 

All of our products are warrantied so long as the installation occurs within the shop and our customer retains the original receipt. Our standard window tint comes with a 2 year warranty, our ceramic tints (Nano ceramic and carbon based ceramic) come with a life time warranty. Our audio products come with a minimum 1 year warranty but up to five years, our security systems come with a 1 year warranty, and the higher end of these products come with a lifetime warranty all depending on what you purchased. Warranty is determined by the company which your product was manufactured by, as different company's yield varying warranties.

Credit card statements are not accepted as form of warranty verification because they do not provide a detailed describtion of the information of the product or service purchased.

Although we do schedule appointments, we work on a first come first serve basis and therefore accept walk-ins.

In order to set up an appointment we do require a $50* deposit in person to ensure your arrival. The deposit goes towards the total price of the purchase.

*The deposit is $50 if we have the product(s) in stock. If we are required to order parts we will require a larger deposit amount in accordance to the price of the product we place an order for.

The Timing Varies with the Job Being Done

​

Window Tint: To completely tint a vehicle we require about two hours depending on the window's size, the shape, frit of the window, and spacing between the window and surrounding panels. Vehicles with many windows, larger windows, and tightly fitted windows require more labor and time. 

​

Audio:  Depending on the installation being done it make to anywhere from half an hour to an entire work day (10 hours). Simple installations such as aftermarket stereo swaps would take about half an hour while a complete sounds system with bass, components, and a double din stereo with navigation and back up camera may take up the entire day.

Security Systems: Basic alarm installation takes about an hour to complete. As the alarm get's more complex with added features such as remote start, smart star, added sensors, and door lock actuators. A complex alarm system may take up to 3-6 hours.
 

 

Yes you can take your car to the car wash, but let them know you just had your windows done so that they don't accidentally roll them down. The film requires a  48  hour grace period (2 Days) in order for the water and soap solution to evaporate from in between the glass window and the layer of adhesive from the film.
